Client Onboarding Policy
* First-time clients are required to submit detailed technical drawings or physical samples for custom jobs
* A digital job card is created post-confirmation to track progress and documentation
* Any design changes after confirmation may attract rework/setup fees and revised timelines
* A dedicated coordinator will be assigned for communication and updates throughout the order lifecycle
Returns & Warranty
* Returns Accepted: Only in case of manufacturing defects (within 7 days)
* Damage in Transit: Not covered; paid rework support available
* Installation Support: Provided via drawings and online assistance
Force Majeure Clause
* A R ENGINEERING COMPANY shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance due to circumstances beyond our control including natural disasters, government restrictions, transportation delays, or power failure.
* In such cases, clients will be informed promptly and revised timelines will be discussed.
Media & Consent Policy
* Product images, testimonials, and sample case studies may be used on our digital platforms unless explicitly objected to in writing.
* All media or visuals shared by clients are treated confidentially and published only with prior consent.
Environmental & Sustainability Policy
* We prioritize material optimization and scrap recycling to minimize waste
* Coolants and lubricants used are ROHS-compliant and disposed of responsibly
* Energy-efficient practices, including use of inverter-based machinery, are implemented where feasible
